Frank Tell S/S '09

Frank Tell debuted his line last spring and received plenty of buzz. This season his 17 looks are made up almost entirely of thigh-length dresses. It's a smart move business-wise, because they're sure to be seen all over starlets next spring.But, even still, I can't help but find it a little bland. Although I suppose it has to be put in perspective. At 21, he'll have plenty of time to grow as a designer, and that starlet cred could keep him in business long enough.
